Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel their orders within 3 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at sales@vijayashopy.in with your order number.
Automatic Cancellation
If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability or any unforeseen issue, your order will be automatically canceled, and a full refund will be processed.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. An unboxing video is mandotary.
User’s are requested to take an unboxing video for proof of any defective or damaged products. The unboxing video proof is mandatory for returning defective or damaged products.
For replace/exchange is available only if the reason is genuine.
Product returns will be accepted within 3 days only. If there is any genuine case for exchanges of a product, please contact us on sales@vijayashopy.in within 3 days of receiving your order & we will handle these exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged Products:
In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us on sales@vijayashopy.in within 3 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out.
Exchange of the product will be provided based on the availability of stock. Otherwise, we will refund the amount. Customers will receive the refund amount within 30 days.
For all damaged/missing part or wrong product delivery inquiries, submission of an unboxing video is required. The unboxing video should clearly depict the condition of the product upon receipt, aiding in efficient processing of your request.
Return/Exchange/Refund Timeline
We offer a transparent and customer-friendly return/exchange/refund timeline. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
